Early Childhood Iowa Stakeholders Alliance

The purpose the Council is to be a catalyst in the development of Iowa's comprehensive, integrated Early Care, Health and Education system. The Council was formerly known as the ECI Stakeholders; however, due to new legislation that passed last year putting ECI into code, the group is now a Council.
